“The contact owns a 2013 cadillac srx. While driving at any speed, the vehicle lost power without warning and the engine light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The spark plugs were replaced, but the failure recurred.”
