What owners report

“The contact owns a 2010 toyota venza. While the contact's wife was driving through a drive thru car wash, the accelerator pedal became stuck and the vehicle crashed into a wall. There were no injuries and a police report was not filed. The bumper, radiator, battery, and hood were damaged.”

An owner's complaint to NHTSA about the speed control, Sep 2019

“Water leak from panoramic sunroof when it rains. Side pillar posts. Have read several reviews including: shorted out the power window controls, owners had to dismantled moonroof on their own to add sealant or glue. This should be toyota's responsibility as a factory issue. Dealers are not taking responsibility for it.”
