The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the air bag module located at clock spring area failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 46,185.”

“The contact owns a 2011 jeep liberty. While the contact was fueling the vehicle, the fuel tank stopped midway into filling up. As a result, the fuel spilled onto the ground. The fuel nozzle shut off repeatedly, which the contact felt was a safety issue. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The dealer was not notified.”
