“The contact owns a 2014 hyundai elantra. While driving at unknown speeds, the vehicle lost power and made an abnormal ticking noise. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the engine block needed to be replaced. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted.”
