“The contact owns a 2010 ford focus. While attempting to make a left turn, the check engine indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed with a faulty transmission module. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not repaired.”
