What owners report

“The contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle jerked violently and the transmission malfunction light illuminated. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.”

“This morning when I was going to drive to work, I found the front right door does not close. I tried to close it several times but failed. The door just didn't stay shut. This is not the first time this happened to me. About 8 months ago, the door at back right side had the same issue. It caused me $400 to fix that.”
