“The contact owns a 2013 dodge challenger. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled upon starting. The failure occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the battery failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.”

The contact was driving approximately 10 mph, shifted into sport mode and engaged the power shifter switch when the vehicle suddenly accelerated to approximately 40 mph.
