“The contact owns a 2013 chrysler town and country. While driving unknown speeds over rough terrain, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the ignition key failed and the ignition needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired.”

The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the wiring harness underneath the seat had fractured, which could cause the air bags not to deploy during a crash.”
