“The contact owns a 2010 chevrolet avalanche. While stationary, the vehicle's dashboard exposed sharp edges and was severely cracked. The contact noticed that the dashboard was full of fractured pieces that protruded from the dashboard material. Brooks motors of thomasville, alabama replaced the dashboard twice, but the failure recurred.”
