“The contact called on behalf of his child who owns a 2013 buick regal. While driving, the contact's daughter noticed debris on the roadway. She stopped the vehicle and the e-assist function activated. After the debris was removed from the road, the accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to respond.”
