Which Ram 1500 years have AWD or 4WD?
The Ram 1500 offers AWD or 4WD in 14 of the 16 model years we have trim data for (2012–2027). It first appears in 2012, standard on the SXT and optional on the Outdoorsman. In 2027 it's standard on the Limited, Longhorn, Rebel, Rebel X, RHO and TRX, optional on the Big Horn/Lone Star, Laramie and Tradesman, and not available on the Tungsten.
