The Lexus RX offers adaptive cruise control with stop and go in 12 of the 18 model years we have trim data for (2010–2027). It first appears in 2016, optional on the 350, 350 F SPORT, 450h and 450h F SPORT. Every trim has it standard from 2017 on.
