Which Ford Explorer years have AWD or 4WD?
The Ford Explorer offers AWD or 4WD in 18 of the 18 model years we have trim data for (2010–2027). It first appears in 2010, optional on the Eddie Bauer, Limited and XLT. In 2027 it's standard on the Tremor and Base, optional on the Active, Platinum, ST and ST-Line.
