The BMW 3 Series offers AWD or 4WD in 13 of the 13 model years we have trim data for (2015–2027). It first appears in 2015, standard on the 320i xDrive, 328d xDrive, 328i xDrive, 335i xDrive, 328i xDrive (Gran Turismo), 335i xDrive (Gran Turismo), 328d xDrive (Wagon) and 328i xDrive (Wagon). In 2027 it's standard on the Competition xDrive, and not available on the Base and Competition.
